I made this scarf out of this book. I wanted to just try out the pattern so I used some old cheap yarn that was laying around. I believe it is Red Heart Yarn. It actually turned out nice! It's really warm and the kinks the pattern made really turned out well and held as kinks. I will try this scarf again in a lighter yarn.
I also made these mittens. I have no idea where the pattern is from. It was laying around in my loose-leaf patterns. I used Filatura di Crosa Sempre Yarn color 7.
